WHY ARENA EXISTS
A life built together.
More still to live.
Zane and Danielle believe there is vitality, connection,
and purpose in the second half of life.

A SHARED PURPOSE
Keep showing up
for what matters.
Your arena is your life.
It’s the family you want to be present for. The work you care about. The places you still want to go. The relationship you want to keep growing.
For Zane and Danielle, Arena brings together decades in health and beauty with a deeply personal belief: there is more life to enjoy, more to contribute, and more to look forward to.

ZANE / FOUNDER & COACH
Experience.
Curiosity.
Forward motion.
For more than 28 years, Zane has helped people build strength and bring more intention to how they eat, move, and recover, driven by a passion to prevent and reverse metabolic disease. His clients have included public figures and people navigating the everyday demands of work and family.
His approach has evolved through coaching, continued learning, and his own experience. Arena carries that work forward, connecting lifestyle guidance with access to a licensed medical team.

DANIELLE / REGISTERED NURSE
Being heard
is a powerful
place to start.
Danielle is a registered nurse with experience in medical aesthetics and a certification in hormone replacement therapy. Through years of conversations with women, she has heard the frustration of doing so much and still feeling unlike yourself.
She brings that perspective to Arena: making space for those conversations, understanding the person behind the lab report, and keeping quality of life at the center.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Built for real life.
Practice over perfection.
Life includes travel, busy weeks, missed workouts, and changing priorities. Arena’s philosophy is to make thoughtful choices in the life you’re actually living—and keep coming back to them.
OUR STORY
Why did we
create Arena?
Short answer? We were tired of referring our clients to hormone replacement therapy services who were providing sub-optimal and inconsistent protocols.
We are both in our mid 50’s and have been enjoying the benefits of hormone replacement therapy for over 7 years.
In our separate practices, the majority of our client base falls between the ages of 40 and 70 so as you would imagine, HRT is a frequent topic of conversation.
Over the last 5 or so years, we’ve helped our clients understand and navigate the risks and benefits of HRT.
We find ourselves in conversations about it on a weekly basis. Keeping up with the latest research is driven by a passion for better health as we age.
Diet, exercise, and recovery are the foundations of health. As we age, hormone changes can affect how we feel and function.
The same lifestyle habits that kept us thriving physically at 30 may need to evolve at 50. HRT is not a replacement for healthy lifestyle habits. When appropriate, it can be part of an individualized treatment plan.
The potential benefits and risks depend on the hormone, treatment, and individual. Hormone therapy may help with specific symptoms and, in some cases, bone health. It is not a general cancer-prevention treatment; some regimens can increase certain cancer risks.
For us, quality of life matters. We want people to have a thoughtful conversation about their symptoms, goals, and options with the licensed medical team.
WHAT MAKES ARENA DIFFERENT
Individualized care.
Direct communication.
A consistent standard.
Arena grew out of our experience helping clients navigate hormone replacement therapy. Too often, they were left with unanswered questions: Why do I still have symptoms if my labs are “normal”? Who do I contact about my treatment? Is everyone involved in my care on the same page?
We built Arena around a more connected approach.
We look beyond “normal.”
In our referral experience, many providers placed more emphasis on keeping hormone levels within laboratory reference ranges than on whether the patient’s symptoms were improving.
Lab results matter, but they are one part of the picture. A result within a reference range does not, by itself, mean a patient’s symptoms have been adequately addressed.
Our medical team takes a functional, individualized approach to hormone optimization—considering your symptoms, health history, lab findings, and response to treatment together. Optimal care means finding an approach that addresses your symptoms safely and effectively, rather than applying the same hormone target to everyone.
Treatment decisions and adjustments are directed by the licensed medical team.
We prioritize connection between the people involved in your care.
Many online HRT services use established provider networks to offer broad or nationwide availability from the outset. That model can expand access, but the providers may have limited direct communication with the company patients interact with—or with one another. This can make a consistent treatment approach and coordinated support more difficult.
Arena works directly with medical providers who share our functional and individualized approach to HRT. We communicate with them regularly to coordinate services, bring questions to the appropriate clinician, and provide a more consistent experience.
A shared approach, tailored to you.
Our focus is optimal care for the individual: thoughtful evaluation, attention to symptoms, clear communication, and ongoing medical oversight—with an experienced Arena team available for questions.
